Balanced Diet

What is Balanced diet . balanced diet is the eating of that particular food that helps the body to perform its daily work. In other words we can say eating in a proper way to maintain body structure and its performance.To eat a proper diet an individual needs to eat fruits,  vegitables , whole grains,  nuts,  and some healthy oils.


when we talk about diet first thing in our mind comes is about calories that what amount of calories a normal individual should eat in his diet and what should be the source of those calories.People often get confused while taking the amount of calories either it should be more or less in amount.A normal individual should eat atleast 2000 calories tpo maintain his body and provide body the essential nutrients and vitamins through proper diet.

Simple way to eat proper diet. one should eat the following things to maintain his calorie intake and provide his body essential nutrients and minirals.

1. Consume fruits as much as you can. Fruits are very essential for out body and it provides all the essential vitamins,  minirals to our body so comsume as much fruits as you can because fruits provide no harm to our body at all.

2. Vegitables. eating vegitables is also really very healthy for our body but in a proper way. In our culture the way of cooking vegitables is totally wrong although vegitables provide nutrients and minirals, but if we consume vegitables in a proper way we can grab the whole essentials present in the vigitables.Oils we use are not good at all rather if coconut oil or olive oil would be used in making vegitables that is much better than cooking on normal oils.

3. Whole grains. whole grains also provide our body healthy fibre, carbs, and protiens which help an individual to maintain his body performance.whole grains are essential because they are not refined or processed so that there nutritional value goes down. processed foods are low in nutrtional value and high in bad carbs so eating processed food is not good for health.

4. Nuts. nuts are rich in fibre , vitamins, protiens , etc. Eating nuts is good for health. For example walnuts, almonds , peanuts, and other nuts are really very essential for our body.

5. Dairy products. Dairy products for example milk, cheeze, curd are some of the best examples of dairies and provide our body a healthy fats and protiens. Make sure intake of one of the dairy products in your meals you complete you healthy diet.
