Hi guys this is Meer Ishu and today i am going to talk about losing weight naturally through intake of proper diets and exercises. Hope this information will help those who want to loose there body fat naturally.




Friends here are some of the main tips which one should do in his daily life to loose body fat, specially belly fat and exercises which will help in doing so.

1.Walk. friends make your daily routine of walking a couple of miles because walking is really very important exercises for the whole body.

2. Green Tea. green tea is really inportant for health and fat loss. It helps the body to maintain it's metabolism and reduces uneven hunger.

3. Drinking Water. make sure to keep your self hydrated. intake of water helps body to burn fat and make stomach hunger less.water is very inportant and we must drink alot of water in a day as drinking water gives many other benifits to our body.

4. Avoid bad Carbs. Carbs play a role of glucose and gives us energy to do some work in our daily life,so eat very less amount of carbs in a day so that body will use the amount of energy from the fat already stored in a body.

5. Eat Fruits and Vegitables. Fruits and vegitables contain natural sugars,fibers,complex carbs and other nutrients so eat fruits and vegitables and you will easily loose extra unwanted body fat.

6. Be caloric deficit. Caloric deficit means eat less burn more or in other words we can say if your intake of calories is 3000 and you burn 2000 that means you are gaining weight and if you are eating 3000 and you are burning 3000 you will remain the same there will be no change in your body and if you are eating 3000 and you are burning 4000 that means you are burning extra 1000 from the body fat and that 1000 you are burning means alot and it leads to 30000 calories burned in a month.
